Murdoc is definitely no stranger to the Underground Hip Hop scene. As a dedicated lyricist Murdoc has already shared the stage with many well established artist such as Krs-One   Immortal Technique,  Mos Def, Joel Ortiz, The Outsidaz, Copywrite, Sean Price, all the way to the Legendary Wu-Tang Clan. I first became familair with Murdoc early july 2008 after joining  Ursession.com's 100 K Battle. The 100 K Battle was tense and controversial but after nearly 9 months of competing amongst some of the best names in Hip Hop, MURDOC was eventually crowned the 100 K Battle Champion. The 100 K Battle consisted of the industries top producers lending their production and instrumentals to thousands of aspiring emcee's. Names like Crooked I , Roscoe Umali ... Murdoc even had to beat out his own Open Campaign rhyme partner and Mutant Emcee co-founder Mygrane Mcnastee. Murdoc took the crown back to Orlando and pocketed the 5,000 $ prize money. History was made but it didn't stop there. A month or so after being crowned the 100 K Champ was invited back to the wake up show for his 4th time.



It was another historic night in the wake up Show Building and as always the stars shine brighter when Hip Hop is in the hands of Sway And Tech. Rocking the microphone with Kayne West and Ahmad , it was easy to see that there is no denying Murdoc's lyrical dominance. He never missed a beat and his word play caused Kayne West to say over the wake up show air waves that he was inspired. Well guess what Kayne West, your not the only one. Murdoc is a rappers rapper. That means his is a true lyricist head to toe. He was born a Mutant Emcee and i was convinced of the fact after downloading his first mixtape titled GROCERIES. GROCERIES was released 06.01.07 and is a compilation of some of Murdoc's favorite early work from 2003 thru 2007. Murdoc produced about 80% of it. Murdoc is a highly dedicated Emcee / Producer. Raised in Queens, Murdoc has been a Orlando resident for quite some time now and is major part of Orlando's heavy weight status in the industry. I actually think Lebron James signing with the Miami Heat was so he could see more Murdoc's live shows. Murdoc's Music has been stamped by many as HIP HOP on a higher level. Simply put, all who love to concentrate on lyrics will benefit from him wonderfully. Murdoc contributed to Mutant Emcee - volume 1 "Resistance Musik" with an off the wall abstract song titled "Faded Foxes" which his produced himself.
